Make a Plan

2 people · 5–10 minutes

You and your partner want to go out on Saturday. You have different information. Ask questions, compare the options, and find the one plan that works for both of you.

Same activity. Different clues.

Choose A or B. Your partner chooses the other role.
Keep your information private and talk through Teams.

How to try this example

With students: Put students in pairs. Send an A link to one partner and a B link to the other. They speak through Teams and each choose an answer. With four students, make two pairs; with five, one pair and one group of three, with two students sharing a role.

Try it yourself: Open A in one tab and B in another to see how the information differs. Students should stay in their assigned role during the activity.

This is an information-gap task. There is no live teacher dashboard or automatic connection between partners. Changing roles here is for demonstration, rather than secure access control.
